The original painting “Escarpment Limestone Nook with Lynx Preparing for Winter Hunt” is done with Acrylics on Masonite Board. Sized unframed at 30” x 48”, then framed with a Classic Barn Wood molding and inner liner at 40” x 58.5”, completed in 2020. The original is available now through the Federation Gallery (sales@artists). Limited edition giclée museum quality prints are also available by going to Contact to Purchase page on this website.
Submissions for this contest needed to demonstrate concept, manipulation of materials, and evidence of the aesthetic judgment by the artist. Artwork must be an original, the production technique demonstrates each work to be unique. The finished artwork must also achieve an archival standard which lasts up to a hundred years without a controlled display environment.
