1. WHAT IS THE PURCHASE PRICE RANGE OF ORIGINAL ARTWORK?

Interested buyers of ORIGINAL ARTWORK need to contact artist Harvey Bodach by going to “CONTACT TO PURCHASE” on the site header and complete information form. The purchase price of original artwork will be in Canadian dollars and given privately by email. Original paintings can be sold with either Barn Wood Molding Frames and Liners or Floating Frames in Oak or Pine Wood. All Single Edition Sculptures are sold with marble white stands.

Purchase price range for Original Paintings, Sculptures and Drawings on this website are listed below:

  1. Paintings - between $3,000 and $22,000 (Since September 2022 - painting addition).

  2. Sculptures - between $9,000 and $18,500. (no reproductions possible - bisque fired with acrylic paint - sculptures are one of a kind only)

  3. Drawing and Sketches - between $200 and $1,750 (Since September 2022 - drawing addition).

A Certificate of Authenticity with listed price will accompany each original sold for insurance purposes.

NOTE: For a limited time only, GST/HST WILL NOT BE CHARGED on purchases of Original Artwork and/or Giclée Prints. This is a tax applicable only in Canada and is based on the purchaser address. Additional costs are applicable for packaging and delivery of all original artwork.

2. WHAT ARE THE PRICES FOR GICLEE MUSEUM QUALITY LIMITED EDITION PRINTS?

Interested buyers of Giclée LIMITED EDITION PRINTS need to contact the artist Harvey Bodach by going to “CONTACT TO PURCHASE” on the site header and complete form.

The purchase price for Giclée Museum Quality (Acid Free) Prints are listed in “REPRODUCTION” on the site header. Full payment is required before print order is followed through. Delivery can be one or two weeks depending on the complexity of the print order.

There are presently 14 limited prints listed, each selling as Actual Size reproductions with more coming on line. The Prints are Signed and Numbered (S/N) with 300 being the Edition Size. Options are available for the purchaser in either Canvas without stretch, Canvas Stretched or Paper Prints. These Giclée prints are created by the use of the latest archival quality pigments on acid free archival canvas and paper mediums:

A. Giclée Canvas Editions - Not Stretched (these are normally sold for out of province or country placed in Tubes).

B. Giclée Canvas Editions - Stretched,

C. Giclée Paper Editions

An option to buy a Floating Frame with Limited Edition Print in Oak Wood or Pine Wood is possible. This must be determined between purchaser and artist and is an additional cost.

A Certificate of Authenticity with Edition Number will accompany each print sold.

3. WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT FOR BOTH ORIGINAL ARTWORK & MUSEUM QUALITY LIMITED EDITION (S/N) PRINTS?

ORIGINAL ARTWORK PURCHASE:

Acceptable payment is primarily by e- Transfer for Original Artwork. A down payment of 50% needs to be submitted for both commissioned artwork and print editions. Pickup and delivery of artwork to be arranged with purchaser after final payment received. Additional charges for packaging and delivery will be passed on to the purchaser.

Giclée MUSEUM QUALITY SIGNED & NUMBERED LIMITED EDITION PRINT REPRODUCTION PURCHASE:

Acceptable payment is by e-Transfer for Giclée prints. Packaging and delivery costs is not included in the listed price. Additional bank service fees charged to seller will be passed on to purchaser. In addition to the sale price, postage costs, postage insurance and signature upon delivery charges will be passed on to the purchaser and will vary depending on both the size of artwork and delivery location. Customer will be provided a tracking number and information on approximate date of the delivery for each purchase.

Edition Size is 300 for Giclée prints sold as Not Stretched Canvas, Stretched Canvas , and Paper, presented in Actual Size of original.

Payment arrangements to be determined between purchaser and artist.

4. DO YOU PROVIDE ART FRAMES/SCULPTURE STANDS?

ORIGINAL PAINTINGS sold come with floating frames, but EDITION PRINTS can come with floating frames upon request at an additional price. The large format paintings can come with Barn Wood Frame Moldings with Liners upon request as an additional cost. The smaller format paintings come with Floating Frames in either Oak Wood of Pine Wood.

All Single Edition Sculptures are come with marble white stand plateforms.

Only Giclée prints sold as Stretched Canvas Prints can come with Floating Frames in either Oak Wood of Pine Wood. There will be an additional charge for this service. Please provide information to me by going to CONTACT TO PURCHASE and filling out form.

5. WHAT COPYRIGHT POLICIES EXIST?

All artwork created by the artist Harvey Bodach is COPYRIGHT protected. No images of the artwork is to be copied or downloaded without consent. The artist retains the full rights to all artwork, whether originals sold, commissioned, or limited reproductions created unless purchaser has specifically paid for copyrights to the artwork. No original artwork is to be reproduced or recreated and sold as an original in any way, except by the artist.

6. DO YOU TAKE ART COMMISSIONS?

At times requests have been made for commissioned original artwork. My art portfolio presently has a focus on both landscapes and landscape within wildlife and wildlife, most requests should fall within those Genre boundaries, but domestic or farm animal portraits will be considered. A written description of the project is required that can be the basis of subsequent discussions when moving forward. Potential clients should consider the project parameters which directly impact the overall cost. Two primary considerations in any project undertaken should be the artwork size and the medium used - these effect the time for completion and material cost.

The artist does have an extensive original photo library of both landscapes and wildlife from which to draw upon for his work. Photos or any other source material submitted by a potential client must not have any copyright infringements on them if being used. Photos created and supplied by the client are permissible. Deadlines need to be discussed, but remain flexible. Final framing and matting of paintings, drawings or stands for sculptures need to be discussed and are an additional cost to the project. Any work of art created will reflect high standards of quality control and ethical practices by the artist. 7. WILL THERE BE LIMITED EDITION REPRODUCTIONS OF ORIGINAL ART?

There are currently no reproductions available. Plans are in motion to begin creating and publishing limited reproductions of original paintings listed on this website. Both giclée and Offsett Lithograph prints will be produced and offered here and on affiliated websites.

A giclée reproduction limited edition (small quantity) print will ensure exclusivity. A giclée canvas (zhee-CLAY) is an individually produced, high-resolution, high- fidelity reproduction done on a special large format printer. Most of our giclée reproductions will come stretched and ready to frame. Oversized canvases will be shipped rolled with stretcher bars provided.

Offset lithography is a photographic printing technique that uses inks, carried by rubber rollers called printing blankets, to transfer images from metal plates to paper. Limited edition offset lithographs will be printed on high-quality, acid-free paper and printed with the highest quality fade-resistant inks. Limited edition offset lithographs will be printed on high-quality, acid-free paper with the highest quality fade-resistant inks. Each print will be hand-signed by Bodach, sequentially numbered and accompanied by a “Certificate of Authenticity.” They can be shipped in a rolled shipping tube.

8. WILL THERE BE DELAYS IN PRODUCTION AS A RESULT OF CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)?

In light of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, production times for commissioned artwork may take longer than usual. Shipping delays for both raw materials to the artist as well as other orders like masonite board or canvas products may occur. Please understand that when your order has been received, I will work as quickly as possible to fulfill your request without diminishing the quality of the final work.
