HONOURED AND HUMBLED TO HAVE EARNED AN IMPORTANT PLACE IN THE ARTISTS MAGAZINE’S 42ND ANNUAL ART COMPETITION

The Artists Magazine continues to highlight both rising and established artists with their 42nd Annual Art Competition.  This was an international competition with almost a thousand artists from 11 countries and 19 U.S. states participating.  Artists were offered five categories to compete in for the 15 top prizes and 25 honorable mentions.  The competition started in September with winners informed in mid December, then publicly announced in the January/February 2026 issue of the Artists Magazine. There were 40 works overall that caught the eyes of Jurors.

The winners in the Animal/Wildlife Category were:

First Place: Annie Murphy Robinson; Second Place: Shawn Gould; Third Place: Rebecca Luncan

Honorable Mentions:  

Harvey Bodach, John Guiseppi, Annik Janssens, Oleksandra Korolenko, Marya Lehman
